These draft terms govern use of the FrontPilotAI public website. The operator is identified as NexusCortex LLC (“we”, “us”), subject to confirmation of the contracting entity before paid services begin. Legal review is required before production onboarding.

Website information

Website content describes a workflow reliability service. Illustrations, sample dashboards, and workflow examples are illustrative; they are not evidence of live monitoring, completed integrations, or guaranteed outcomes.

Service scope and availability

Automations and third-party systems can fail, change, or become unavailable. Any service levels, support commitments, integration scope, recovery permissions, and fees must be specified in a separately accepted order or service agreement.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Customer systems and permissions

Do not send production credentials through public forms or email. Before an integration is enabled, the parties must agree on authorized access, data scope, security requirements, human-approval rules, retention, and responsibility for recovery actions.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website text, visual design, and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator, subject to rights under applicable law.
