Choose the work to commission, not a promise of unchecked autonomy.

FrontPilotAI helps define repeatable business work with clear scope, access, acceptance criteria, and human review. Service types are commissioning options; each must be scoped and accepted before activation.

Commissioning process

Boundaries before activation

1

Define the outcome

Agree the workflow, deliverables, allowed data, and success criteria.

2

Confirm permissions

Document integrations, access, approval rules, exception routes, and a responsible human owner.

3

Review evidence

Test the commissioned workflow against agreed acceptance criteria before wider use.

Current status: the app supports service requests, workflow definitions, event handling, exception tracking, a first operational summary, owner/admin request review, and an initial acceptance/evidence register. Evidence is metadata and references only, reviewed by a human. AI execution, native business-system connectors, full Delivery Assurance, subscription billing, and checkout are not connected. Requests do not start work or charge a customer.
